Do you offer classes for beginners?
Yes, since we all start as beginners. To build something you must always start from scratch.
How old do the kids need to be?
We start as early as 4 years old with our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program and 5 years old for our Muaythai Program.
Do you need a uniform?
Yes, we wear ranked Muaythai shorts adult shorts come in (white rank, Blue rank, Purple rank, Brown rank, Black rank, Black and gold rank)
Kids (White rank, Grey Rank, Yellow rank, Orange Rank, Green Rank).
In Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we also wear a uniform called a gi, it is an attire that comes with a belt.
When is grading?
For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu kids get graded every 4 months and adults every 6months. For Muaythai kids and adults get graded every 6 months.
What am i expected to know for grading?
You will learn basic skills as well as intermediate and advanced and you will be tested in such according to your skill set.
How many months until i compete?
We encourage for a participant to be training for a minimum of 1 year before signing up to any competitions.
Do you compete internationally?
Yes, we currently have world champion athletes at our facilities.
What to expect in a typical class?
We will do some light stretching and warm up, in an Adult class we typically hit pads with techniques showed by the instructor. With Kids Muaythai/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we induce games associated with the development of muaythai skills and techniques.
Who can attend the MMA classes?
Since MMA is a mix of all the Martial Arts we host, we encourage the practitioners to enroll themselves in those specific Martial arts before commencing in MMA, all are welcomed to do the MMA class.
What organizations do you compete in?
We compete in many different Amateur / Professional organizations throughout Canada and U.S.A.
How long is a typical class?
Thour to Thour 30min
How many calories will i burn in a class?
Depending on where you are in your training you can burn up to 1200 calories per session.

How do i reach the next belt/rank?
Training regularly and partaking in our grading.

Difference between gi and No-gi?
Gi you wear a uniform with a belt, No-gi you wear MMA shorts or spats with a rashguard.
